Miffa Salter is founding director of London consultancy Urbancanda.
Urbancanada is a small independent practice, providing specialist support in: group facilitation; team building; and, one-to-one executive coaching. Miffa herself has over fifteen years of experience designing and facilitating group events at a national; regional; and, local level.
She holds a First Class Honours Degree from the London School of Economics and was nominated in 2000 for the British American Project – an independently funded leadership exchange programme for internationally recognised young leaders. Miffa is also a fully qualified Executive Coach specialising in psychometric profiling and bench marking.
Miffa is a regular contributor to professional journals and has a monthly opinion column published by Planning Magazine. She is a member of the Steering Group set up to guide the development of the centre for New London Architecture and is retained as a facilitator by the Science Museum’s Dana Centre which seeks to widen public access to scientific debate.
